Experienced engineers ready to provide timely technical support for any issues occurs on customer's workshop site.

Huayang sets up a Wechat Service Group (consisting of electrical engineer and mechanical engineer) for each client. The group will respond to client technical queries and site issues online in a timely manner according to messages, photos or short videos received from client. 

The after-sales team consists of experienced engineers, most of whom are passport-holders and have years experience in servicing clients in different countries. They will respond quickly when site visit is required.

Spare parts & <span class="text-primary">logistic</span>

Spare parts & logistic

Sufficient spare parts are ready in warehouse to reach customers in demand in the fastest way. All spare parts data are integrated in the ERP system and make it easy to trace and quick to respond to client. Major international logistics (DHL &amp; TNT) are available for air delivery to reach client&rsquo;s factory timely.

Remote technical support

Timely internet connection to customer’s machine for troubleshooting wherever customer is located. By means of remote diagnosis system, Huayang’s engineers will be very quick to identify the existing problem, especially electrical & problems in the equipment and help the client to solve the problem in most quickest and economic way.

Periodic assistance

Apart from routine after-sale service, Huayang will also provide periodic assistance, such as remote testing, technical guidance, maintenance advice, software upgrading on the condition not interrupting client’s production.
